Title: Xbox Series X/S launching Nov 10 for $499/$299

We finally have a launch date and pricing (https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2020/09/09/introducing-xbox-series-s/).
Interesting that they will have a cheaper sku at launch, aimed at 1440p instead of 4k. I wonder how it will shake out in terms of install base and how developers handle the split. Is everything built for the S and then the X is just higher res? Or do they build for the high end and then scale back when played on an S?
Now I guess we see what Sony does with their price points.

Also worth noting:
- S is all digital box. No disc drive.
- X has a BR-drive.
- EA Play service will be a part of Xbox Game Pass.
