Don't have Starcraft 2? Do you want Starcraft 2? Well then you can buy Starcraft 2 direct from Blizzard for $9. That expansion for Starcraft 2? Also $9.

Starcraft 2.

If anyone is looking for retail-boxed copies of Starcraft 2: WoL and/or Starcraft 2: HotS, GameStop (of all places) will have these for $10 each on Black Friday:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/238210/

I already had the game from retail - but dammit, had to put it on Steam.

It has been in bundles - but never in a $1 tier at HB:
http://isthereanydeal.com/#/page:game/info?plain=systemshockii

I think it was bundled the cheapest when was it was in a $3 bundle at BundleStars:

Remember though they are going to be releasing a new version of it next year. No word on what sort of upgrade path will be available.

I hear what you're saying here, but at the same time we're probably at least 12 months away from the new version hitting the same price point, right? Online isn't segregated, is it?

Thats a good question that I don't know the answer to. But yeah, you could go for it. Maybe the upgrade will be cheap.

Yea I forgot about that and I'm on the fence now. Chances are I won't even play it till the rerelease, so I suppose I won't. But $15 is pretty good, and how much better can it honestly look? Maybe some mods can do what the upgraded edition will pretty much do.

The Humble Bundle Weekly sale looks like a good one. Many of those I'm interested in. I've played through Year Walk which is really cool.

Two deals to mention. First, Humble currently has a Card Game bundle up with some decent games you can get for cheap. Worth it for Star Realms and Scrolls. And you get some stuff for Sol Forge and a couple other games though thats content for generally free to play games. Still, not a bad deal.

GoG has a nice Devolver bundle going on this weekend. 5 games and 10 movies. I already owned one of the games but the whole bundle only cost me $13. You have to get the whole bundle to get the full 90% off discount.

I linked to the movie trailers below. The games you are probably already aware of.

Games
Shadow Warrior (2013)
Shadow Warrior Classic Complete
Hotline Miami
Serious Sam First Encounter
Serious Sam Second Encounter

Movies
Pixel Poetry
Super Game Jam
Motivational Growth
Good Game
Burning Man: Beyond Black Rock
Stream Dream
Austin High
Mars
The Basement
One Couch At A Time

Xbox Live Ultimate Game Sale is going on now. Xbox 360 and Xbox One games are on sale. I'm not going to do a whole thread on it, mostly because there aren't daily deals. When official channels like Major Nelson are half a day behind, it can matter with limited time deals. Anyway, click here for the week long deals are on Major Nelson's blog.

Weekend deals: Here is a screencap of the deals that an MS employee accidentally linked to early. It shows the weekend deals, not sure if they'll be any different from this. Also of note: Lords of the Fallen was $9, and is now back to full price. Maybe they moved it to the weekend deals.

It must have been a mistake to price it at $9 so early.  I could kick myself.  I saw it for cheap yesterday, but waited until today to grab it, and it had gone back to full price.  Sure hope I don't miss it.  I'll be checking the prices daily.  Halo MCC for 60% off is looking good too.

Wait.  Halo isn't on there either.  Shit.  There's nothing there I want, or don't already have.  Dammit.

Halo is shown as a weekend deal on the image I linked above. From reading elsewhere, its price never dropped. So probably Friday/Saturday for Halo, Shadow of Mordor season pass, Killer Instinct, and The Walking Dead season 1 & 2 bundle.

EDIT: I see multiple replies from XboxSupport on twitter saying Lords of the Fallen is not part of the sale. Though the latest one says "Looks like Lords of the Fallen is not available on the sale at this time. We're looking into it though." Which sounds like they're not sure. I wouldn't expect support to really know about it though, they're probably just checking the current price and not seeing it discounted, then saying "it's not part of the sale".

I'm starting to smell bait and switch here.  Of course, the whole thing was leaked early, so who knows.  The fact remains that LotF was listed for $9 on the store yesterday for Gold subscribers, and that mysteriously got yanked, though other low prices ahead of the sale remain.  Also, the weekend thing came into the picture late in the game too.  It seemed to all be one "ultimate" sale officially starting the 18th (tomorrow--Wednesday--not the weekend).  At this point, I'm taking a step back.  I don't need to buy anything anyway.  I have plenty of games waiting, like Dragon Age: Inquisition.  I've hardly turned on the X1, since Borderlands TPS has had nearly all my attention for weeks.

If Amazon DVG is selling a Steam-version, when you buy that version - you must take the key and register it onto Steam to tie it to your Steam account.

I don't know if they sell the DRM-FREE version anymore (they used to quite a bit back, since that's what I have from them).

Looks like the Lords of the Fallen deal never came back for the Xbox sale. And when Halo MCC showed up on the weekend deal, it was $35 instead of $24. the other weekend deals are The Walking Dead season 1 and 2 bundle, Killer Instinct complete collection, and Shadow of Mordor season pass.

Yep.  Total bait and switch.  Lying liars.  Not buying anything, I don't think, at least not on the X1.  The 360 has some interesting stuff for very cheap, and I may just bite there.  Don't know yet for sure.  I'll make up my mind in the next couple of days.

Nice.  I have Rayman on the 360, but it would be good to have on the X1 as well (only 3.4 GB too).  Bioshock Infinite I have on disc.  Getting the digital version for free is a no-brainer.  Tomb Raider I don't have, so that's a no-brainer too.

Thanks for the heads up.

PSN is having a Flash Sale through the 23rd with a lot of great games for super cheap. Highlights include Tokyo Jungle, Katamari Damacy, Telltale series, Noby Noby Boy, Pac-Man Championship Edition DX+, and a bunch of PS1 classics.

Only downside is PSN has a minimum purchase of $5 so if you only want one or two like me then it sorta sucks since they are so cheap and I don't want money sitting in my "wallet".

Forza 2: Fast and Furious standalone DLC is free for a 2-week intro period ($10 thereafter).  I'm grabbing it now.  Can't beat free.  Gotta love advertising budgets.  (New F&F movie coming out today, I think.)

Edit:  The 360 version is free as well.  I went ahead and grabbed that too.

The One's version has a limited area of the full game's map, though much bigger than the demo's, and a different one from the demo.  It seems to be fully featured otherwise, in terms of what you do, saving your progress, achievements, etc.  It plays just like FH2, though I still don't know if I can make any mods to the cars.  I'm tearing up the Cote d'Azur with this crazy souped up black Charger right now.  I guess I should shave my head and make my voice raspier.

Don't think so. I went in on it for Dead Space 2. The last one had Dead Space 1 and 3, so now I have all 3 games on PC (got them all on console before). I don't see the Severed DLC for DS2 on Steam or Origin though.
