You must see Fear Factory, that's a definite. I've seen Slayer live before and they put on a pretty damn good show, so seeing them wouldn't be a bad idea either. Alice in Chains, Apocalyptica, and Bring Me the Horizon would be pretty cool to see as well. Haven't heard of a lot of those other bands. You should go see Motley Crue only if you promise to somehow kill the entire band.

Man, I've hardly heard of any of those groups. Well, that's not true... I've heard *of* a lot of them, but haven't heard most. Am I really out of the loop? I'm nearing 30. Maybe it's time to realize that I'm no longer relevant.
Fuck.

Not relevant at 30? If it's any consolation, you've got close to 20 years before you get to the age when I thought I was no longer relevant.

Haha, I don't know if I should take comfort in that or realize that I'm really, really screwed.

heard, yes - saw, no. when they were playing i was throwing up a camelbacks worth of vodka and cherry coke near my mate's car.
best band i saw the entire weekend was karma to burn. they played the smallest stage there, but fuck, they kicked such a massive quantity of ass. if you like clutch, qotsa, etc, check them out. earthtone 9, who i'd never heard before, really impressed me too - i'll definitely be checking out some of their stuff. also, pendulum, as always, were excellent, i lost count of the amount of breasts that were flashed during their set!
cracking weekend. now i need to scrub an inch of filth off my skin, take a massive dump and then sleep.

Comparing anything to Clutch means I must listen.
