It does look a lot like Syndicate!  I forgot about that game.  I found it pretty hard, but then again I didn't have a legit copy and had no manual so I was just sort of learning as I went.

This game is pretty awesome. I've been playing it between bouts of MGSV and it is basically an open-world Syndicate. Ok, that's not for the game, it's so much more.

Haha that's my current dilemma! I'm so absorbed by MGSV.
