Amazing gaming setup!
« on: Sunday, January 03, 2010, 12:21:51 AM »
I saw this on NeoGAF and had to share it:

One day I'll find a camera and share pics of my setup. It's almost as bad as this pic.

Does it say "Rape Sux!" on the wall over there?

Wow... that's terrible.  That set up looks like gaming in a dungeon... probably a garage or furnace room.  The thing on the left looks like the built-in vacuum cleaner for a house.

Reminds me of someone I knew who played WoW but had to use the mouse on his leg because there was no room on his desk.  But even that doesn't hold up to what this looks like.

Haha! I think it says "Rare sux!" Rare was bought by Microsoft pre GCN and post N64, right? So at the time of the picture, Rare is part of MS. That's also *insert japanese name here* from Nintendo in the framed photo, right?

My setup is actually in a garage. Concrete floors, cinder block walls, visible support boards on the cieling with insulation showing between, stacks of lumber against the wall, and cobwebs everywhere. I have a small electric heater so I don't freeze, and a throw rug under my desk just so I'm not setting my feet on the cold concrete. I do have an actual desk though, and a desk chair.

That's just . . . sad, seriously.  Whoever he is, my heart goes out to him.

Ahhh, makes sense - w/ the GameCube out and all.

Can't tell from the screen, since it's blurry - what game is that?

To answer your rhetorical question - probably nobody.
