I wouldn't normally judge a suspect based solely on his mug shot, but yeah, this guy fucking killed a man:

In case anyone gets the wrong idea, I believe police should be allowed to imprison suspects without trial, but ONLY if they are obviously guilty, black, or Presbyterian.

I agree completely. It's gotten me out of jury duty many times.
