Ok, stop snickering.
I came across this tonight and it's pretty great. There is a gameshow in the UK called Golden Balls. I don't know all the leadup parts but basically there is some shenanigans to build up a jackpot while eliminating people and the real important thing happens at the very end of the show. You have a jackpot, 2 contestants, and each has to make a choice: Split or Steal.
If they both pick Split, they split the jackpot.
If they both pick Steal, neither one gets anything.
If one person Splits and the other Steals, then the person that Steals takes the whole thing.
Example:
