Topic: Do any of you make movies? Would you like to?

I'm looking for people to do me music videos, basically. Kickass music videos are one of the things that made me want to become a musician in the first place. Level of equipment doesn't really matter - even a video shot on a camcorder can be awesome if it's well thought-out and well edited.

Any takers? I can't afford to pay you. Just throwing that out there.

I would absolutely love to. If there is anything that I would do if I was rich it's direct a movie. Unfortunately I don't have a digital camera, as I am a poor college student.

Do you live in CA? I'm wondering how you want people to shoot you, as most people on the board are pretty spread out geographically.

An artist does not necessarily have to be in their own video, heh. I'm in England right now, which throws me even more out of geographical whack. I like story videos.

Hmm...this would be my excuse to buy one of these. From everything I've read about it its a nice camera thats quite cheap (amazon has the 60min version for $120. Which is funny because I saw the 30min version at Target the other day and it was $130!

I'd totally do it if I had any experience or knowledge whatsoever, let alone any actual equipment.  Sadly, I have none of the above.  All I can do is provide you solos... heh, and even then only if I get off my ass long enough to record them!

That's a cool little camera Idol posted. My b-day is coming up in a month, I'm thinking of getting one.

One of my jobs is making TV commercials for small businesses. I've also taped and edited a few shows together in the past. Going to be doing more video related work over the summer.
