This isn't an in-person conversation.  She recently moved about 400KM away temporarily to take care of her grandparents.  The conversation is about how she doesn't know when she's coming back.  Originally she was supposed to be up there for a couple months, and then it got pushed back to just under a year, and now she's saying she doesn't know when she's back.

Sooooooo, now I'm in a very difficult position.

Well, it's a tough one.  Should could be trying to get me to do it.  That's usually what I do.   Generally, it seems like a situational thing though, and it's really the only not stupid option for me right now.  I'm not going to be in a long distance relationship for an undetermined amount of time.  That's fucking retarded.

Edit: Also, "we need to talk" really means "I need to talk about stupid shit and you need to listen or else". For women to realize how much it pisses us off, an equivalent statement by a man would be "I need a blowjob while I play this game and a sandwich thanks".
