That was so hard to fucking watch. I was convinced the guy was about to burn his house down every time he mentioned the hose. I don't know if he was lucky or actually really smart but that worked out just about as well as it could when combining water and a grease fire.
I've fried a turkey in one of these setups before - never use it on a fucking deck.

Seriously. Some dumb shit happening there.
We crockpotted a tofurky with onions, green beans, and carrots in vegetable broth, and I basted it with super-salty vegetable buillon. Served with thick gravy and cranberry sauce. It was actually really damned good. Had stuffing and roasted potatoes, fresh-baked banana bread, and brownies with ice cream for desert. Didn't go totally crazy, ate a reasonable portion but was still super stuffed. It was a great Thanksgiving.
