I recommend the version without the installer, and manually installing the redistributables.  I couldn't get the installer version to work at all, and the Event Viewer showed a ream of exceptions related to XNA.  Uninstalled that, grabbed the other one, extracted, moved to a Games folder, installed the XNA redist, and then it worked.

Looks, sounds and plays like Megaman (so far) with the addition of the flippy perspective, which (so far) seems more gimmicky than useful.  I've only played for like 10 minutes though.

Grab it before the CnD's.
