Title: Youth In Revolt
Post by: nickclone on Wednesday, December 30, 2009, 02:26:08 AM: This is the new vehicle driven by Michael Cera and I really don't want to see it...just like everything else he's ever done except for Superbad. I was a huge fan of Arrested Development from the very begginning, but his part in that show was somewhat minimal.

Anyways, I just don't get Cera's appeal. Apparently, some females think he's hot (I think he is extremely weird looking) and some people not only think he's funny, but think he's a great actor. He plays the same role in everything he's ever been in: awkward teenager. He uses the exact same acting devices in everything he's ever been in: someone says something, he stares blankly or someone says something and he mutters something meekly.

In this movie he plays two characters and they are still exactly the same except one sports a shitty mustache. How many more movies is this guy going to make until people realize he sucks?

That said, I love Arrested Development and enjoyed Superbad.

Haha! nick, you have this guy nailed down to a T! I did like him in Superbad, but he is the exact same character in all the stuff he's in.
