Title: Indie goodness.
Post by: Quemaqua on Monday, December 25, 2006, 01:25:50 AM
Tablo - capture the flag with big blowing up of physics lego blocks?  Sign me up! (http://toblo.csnation.net/)

Gumboy - LocoRocco for those with no PSP? (http://www.gametunnel.com/gamespace.php?id=338&tab=3)  And it's really pretty!

I found Gumboy a little tough to control. It is quite pretty, though. Tablo is a neat little game I'd like to see expanded on. Would make a great LAN game (online probably cant handle that many physics objects).

I was actually just playing Gumboy and came here to see if anyone had heard of it.  Quality game.

I really hope the advent of the Xbox Live marketplace and the PS3 equivalent  lead to more games like flOw, Gish, Gridwars, and the like being developed and tested as pc freeware/shareware games and then moving over the consoles.  Seems like everyone wins that way.  PC gamers get great games, console gamers get great games, and these developers now have an opportunity for more exposure and more money.

Oh, thank you for bumping this. I was too busy to try these when this was first posted and I meant to give them a go later.
