Firefox 2.0.0.1 is having a really hard time opening a lot of pages (including a lot of pages that opened just fine in the exact same version a few days ago). I'm not using any new add ons or anything like that...it just kind of stopped working for some reason (IE 7 can load these pages perfectly).
Is there a hidden ad blocker (not popup blocker, but actualy ad blocker) or something? It seems that it gets caught up while trying to load an ad and never finishes the page. I don't know why this would all of a sudden affect it, but it's getting really annoying.

Hmmm... I've been using 2.0.0.1 for a while now and I've had no problems whatsoever.

I don't know. I didn't have a problem with it for the longest time, and now I can't solve it. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail. It's kind of a bitch.

Try clearing your cache.

Yeah, that was the first thing I did, although now that I think about it I didn't try to do it manually. Lets hope.
PS. IE7 really isn't that bad.
-
nope, nothing. I may uninstall it for a few days and try again.
I assume FF uses port 80 like ie, so it wouldn't be a hardware firewall issue.

Nope.
