Pretty funny.

Haha, that's pretty good.  It is a total ripoff, in practically every way.  That's ok though, isn't Windows itself a ripoff of Mac OS in the first place?

Steve Jobs: What is this? This is like doing business with a praying mantis. You get seduced, and then eaten alive afterwards?

Bill Gates: Get real, would ya? You and I are both like guys who had this rich neighbor - Xerox - who left the door open all the time. And you go sneakin' in to steal a TV set. Only when you get there, you realize that I got there first. I got the loot, Steve! And you're yellin'? "That's not fair. I wanted to try to steal it first." You're too late.

For some reason, what you said made me think of OS/2.  I never knew much about it, but I definitely didn't know it was so DOS and Windows compatible, and was even still being sold as of December 2005.  Crazy.

Fuck that!  That video is sour grapes.

See, like every single feature mentioned in that video I totally hate and would never use.  I don't even *like* the way operating systems are going these days.  I've hated pretty much every innovation since DOS, though I eventually got used to Win98.  I've hated every Mac OS I've ever used, including OSX, and everything that I've seen on Vista I absolutely can't stand.  Initially I was opposed to the thing just from an ideological standpoint, but now I'm afraid that I'm eventually someday going to be forced to USE it.  And that fucking scares me, because I *hate* everything I've seen.  Seriously.  Am I the only person who feels this way about it?  And am I the only person who hates OSX?

I pretty much agree too.. I mean Vista seems like the absolute example of system intensive for nothing more than bells & whistles.

My brother and I got into a huge tirade about it last night.  He even threw out the term "sheeple".  He likes it, and I can't hear it often enough.  All the morons marching right into the slaughterhouse with grins on their faces.  "I gotta haaaaave it!"   :P
