Title: Vote on the Bioshock CE

I think this is all just clever marketing and they were going to do a CE anyway initially. As for voting on what you want inside, again I think it is marketing and in the end they will include all of it in the CE.

Actually, the fans petitioned on wanting a CE b/c Take 2 was thinking about NOT having one.
