Got the recipe here for those mysteriously popular cookies I brought.
1 20oz package of almond bark (they pretty much only come in 20oz packages)
1 cup peanut butter (we used crunchy, but smooth works too)
2 1/2 cups mini-marshmallows
3 cups rice krispies cereal
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
In the microwave slowly melt the almond bark. The stuff can burn pretty quickly so do it a little at a time and stir it around. Once its all melty stir in the peanut butter till its smooth (or smooth-ish if its chunky PB). Toss in the rest of the ingredients and stir it around till its all mixed up. Drop tablespoons of the mix on wax paper and let them set.

That sounds good, although "almond bark" brings to mind something that is on the side of a tree. I've never heard of it before. And where are the damned pics?

ahhh.. Idol!!! I've been craving for something like that. I saw a similar recipe but much healthier with oats and bran the other day. I was going to make some last night but wasn't able to, I guess i'll do it now

Yeah that's almost exactly what Julia and I do just with some different stuff thrown in. I'd say yours were generally superior, though ours being a little more basic go a bit more for just straight chocolate and peanut butter. But we'll definitely have to try your version soon because those things were damned good. Actually, maybe we shouldn't try them. Ever. I need to eat healthy for the rest of my life after OWmeet.

so i made some... I haven't tried them yet, waiting for it to cool down. I put some homemade strawberry jam in it though and used pecans instead of peanuts.
