Haha, that's pretty funny. I have an eVGA card in my machine right now. No complaints.
-
Seems like kind of a weak burn. "Ooooh! See! See! Your name is in dog spit! Hahahahaha!"
Yeah I have an eVGA too.
-
heh I my card is an eVGA make as well.
Yup it is a weak burn though thank goodness they wrote it in dog spit and not dog shit. That would have been an unattractive box. :P

Hiding stuff in commercial artwork seems to be fairly common. I remember from when I worked for a company in the 80s. An artist who did contract work for us started pointing it out to me, not only in his own work, but others. It's subtle, but doesn't take eagle eyes and Fellini's imagination to find it.

eVGA is suing XFX. I think that's pretty stupid of them. Totally wrong PR move.
-
That's pretty stupid, yeah. But they'll probably get some free money out of it. Stupid legal system.

I think it would have been more fun and appreciated by the fans if eVGA just retaliated by having a clever ad that subtly mocked XFX.
By suing they just look like lame dorks who tattle-tell. "Teacher! He drew a picture of me in dog drool! Waaaah!"
