Wikipedia is great :D I've been adjusting some of the info on Arabic poetry, for some reason a lot of the Arabic poetic devices are being listed as Urdu devices, but Urdu was actually derived from Arabic and Hindi (I think it's Arabic and Hindi, I know it's Arabic and something, Pug?). It's pretty cool how t's become a library of human knowledge.
It kinda reminds me of the Urban Dictionary. It was a site where you add a word (any word, any spelling you want) and give it your own definition :P I remember I added "Sand Nigger" (which was my given nickname in my first year in Res), and I added "Skeezer" hehe

I had a friend who loved porn so much, he'd watch a whole movie while having dinner. He tells me that when he was younger, every weekend him and his buddies would go to the cinema and watch two or three porn movies.
When he'd come over to my place -- this was when broadband was new -- while my other friends and I were chatting or whatever, he'd be searching for porn. He'd be at it for hours, after which when it was time to leave he'd burn it and take it home.
You know how regular people talk about movies, like the acting, the direction etc. That's how he would talk about porn. Once he came over with another friend, and immediately sat down on my comp. My other friend made fun of him, and he got really pissed off and left.
Xessive knows who this is. :P

I find that really disturbing. I can understand enjoying pornography in the comfort of your own home, by yourself or *maybe* even with an open-minded loved one (though to be honest, that creeps me out a bit), but I can't fathom "enjoying" it on any level with like... your buddies. Only once did that happen to me, and we were all drunk and more or less watching my friend's shittiest porno which was utterly ridiculous on every level. You couldn't be aroused by it if you tried, it was just too hilariously bad. Which was the whole point. And for that, it was some seriously quality entertainment. But barring that, I just can't see it.
Then again, we all know that I'm a prudish anti-porn art weirdo. So pay no attention to me.

One of my roommates senior year of college had all of his DVDs on the shelf alphabetically, porn was filed in there along with everything else. Funny, since one thing many people do the first time they are visiting a new house is have a look at everyone's DVD collection.

Anyway, on our first date, I remember for some reason I started talking about porn. I don't remember the context, but I do remember thinking, "What in the hell am I talking about! There is no chance with this girl for sure now!" She had this sly grin on her face, and then said she loves porn and she started talking about her favorite porn stars and stuff.
What are the chances of something like that happening?

Hmm, the only chicks I've ever been able to speak comfortably about porn with have been lesbians. It's really weird. Well, there was one straight chick, but she was in porn at one point.
Pug, I don't have any of Ardan's contacts at all. After he left Brock he just disappeared. Last I heard he and his uncle ripped off a bunch of credit card companies and flew away, something in excess of $200,000 CDN.

I did know a chick that was into porn. A couple, actually, but one was an internet chick and had some issues. The other I erm, had a few... "encounters" with, and she was really into me for a while, but it never, ever would have worked out so we eventually wisely dropped it. She's married with a kid now. It's funny, all of my ex-girlfriends are now married, and all but one of them have children. Fucking scary.
Anyway... yeah. There are definitely chicks out there that like porn, it's just most of them are either lesbians or have issues.

Weird... I must be lucky then. Somehow I always get into conversations about porn with chicks. Its just silly conversation though, thats why my roommate Sarah and I are such good friends. We'll watch softcore together some late nights and just slay ourselves silly with the innuendo jokes and bad sex scenes. This other friend I knew was obsessed with Betty Page and we ended up staying up all night downloading Betty Page porn. I even ended up talking about porn with Danielle, the new girl I'm talking to, it was only our 2nd time out and she confessed she has watched porn before.
