I guess my thread title is a bit misleading since they apparently had nothing to do with the case's initiation.

It seems to me that this story isn't finished yet.  I doubt that Microsoft considers the small financial gain here a plus, in light of the negative press in a big emerging market.  I'd like to see what happens next.
