That was a bit "WTF" moment. (http://storefront.steampowered.com/v/index.php?area=news&id=1085&s=0,1,19&i=0,30,320,70,340,92,211,215,220,1003,240&cc=US&client=1)
Geometry Wars was released on PC a while back, but it was $8 and Vista only. Now Steam debuts GW, runs on XP, and is only $4 (if you buy now, its only $2.50).
I might splurge even though I already have the "XP version."

So, are they gonna release a version supporting both Win XP and Vista for retail stores???

Doubt it. Its not really a "retail store" kind of game. I mean...its $4 dude. The cost of making a disc in a jewel case would be more than that.

Oh, so they sell this game online on their own site or something???

Yeah, its on MSN games or something. But that version is Vista only, and $8. Though this Steam announcement makes it seem like the XP version is just debuting on Steam, so maybe other sites will carry it.
