Not sure if it's "C-Dragon" or "Sea-Dragon", but it's damn cool (http://www.flabber.nl/archief/021627.php)

Holy hell. And I thought Google Earth was cool. That's... that's insane.

That was really fucking cool, I'll have to look around on that website sometime. Also, I've been playing with Google Earth more lately ever since they added space (stars, planets, galaxies, quasars, etc) to it, anyone who hasn't used this current version of Google Earth yet should.

Hmm. I understand the idea of perfecting level-of-detail variation to the display (so that the load is roughly based on the screen area rather than on the number of simultaneous objects to display). I don't understand extending that concept to communications unless everyone on the network is on board with sending variable levels of detail based on client request. I take it the idea is to do this live, not based off of some terabyte buffer. Mind boggling to me. Kudos to them if this is real.

Very cool stuff. You can only wonder what the internets will hold in 20 years.

I orgasmed just thinking about what that could be. I searched for it on Wikipedia but it doesn't exist yet. I think that I'm going to create the page. Any ideas?
