Title: Happy Preemptive Thanksgiving!

I'm leaving in a couple hours to head up north to see the family. Got thanksgiving, a baby shower, a collective birthday party including an ugly sweater contest, and a fancy dinner put on by my cousin who works as a chef or sorts. Plus your usual family visiting crap.

So hope you guys have a good one. Should be back Tuesday or Wed.

We had our reunion today.. i'm tired from all the cooking.. first time we had a party and i had to take charge of the food for all.. went okay though.  i'm ready to go to the spa or something to get away for some quiet time.

Yeah, we are talking about the real Thanksgiving. Not the French kind.

Tomorrow is the pre-Thanksgiving dinner party, with just the immediate family. Then the real Thanksgiving dinner is the next day. Tons of fun had by all. And tons of great food.

we have another party tonight!!! eeek

i'll end up 5 pounds heavier after this week.
