I've seen all of those except the Boong-Ga Boong-Ga one.  That's pretty fucked up.  Like others have said, though, I think they really should have done their homework better.  That is definitely not a list of Japan's most perverse games.  If you go into detail, you can find much, much worse specific examples.  Barring Battle Raper.  That one's pretty up there, and disturbing as all get out.

I'll vouch for Parodius being freaking weird and completely funny, but only marginally perverse. Although, I played the SNES version and not the MSX one. Maybe that one was really bad, but it's mostly just silly on the SNES.
