I don't care what background you come from, I don't see how you can possibly believe that a 10 year old can make a judgment call on that sort of thing.  Plus I sincerely doubt it's true on any level.  Hope that judge gets locked away for being a public menace.

It surprises me that this judge is female. I know it shouldn't make a difference but that just makes it seem even worse.

But really - fuck the judicial system. Where is street justice when we need it?
