Title: Dub-ya in Dubai!

Apparently George W. Bush is in Dubai and Abu Dhabi over today and tomorrow. Consequently resulting in all traffic being held off for security purposes.

Apparently his convoy is passing right by my office! The government is closing the roads in the area. Just thought I'd mention it. :D hehe

EDIT:

It was just announced at 4 p.m. today that tomorrow, Monday 14 Jan 2008, will be a public holiday due to the road closures.

That was definitely in bad taste after what happened nearby recently...

Ahh... but it wasn't really nearby. Though it was in bad taste in general. :P

Also Bhutto stood for a lot of good things, but she was very corrupt, and people cheered when she was kicked out 8 years ago. Her husband is known as Mr.10% because he likes to skim that off the top over any business deal he makes. In fact he allegedly strapped a bomb on a business man's leg to extort him.

Yep, it's weirdly a day off today. Gosh darn it!

It doesn't rain much out here (once every 3 years or so) but the day Bush arrived it rained like it was gonna flood! An ill omen I say! Or a blessing! I like rain!

Hehe I just realized our side of the world keeps getting flack for being sexist and anti-feminist but we have Queens! Queens with actual power! Majestic matriarchs who we respect! And are hot in some cases! :P
