Rock!
-
Heard about it but haven't seen it... thanks for the link!
-
Acquiring now. I really wanted to watch it since I heard it was about WoW, but I don't have comedy central.
-
On it.
-
Oh man that was hilarious!! All you WoW players will really appreciate it LOL!! ;D
-
OK, I gotta see this. Getting it now.
Edit: Eww! I was with that all the way until the bedpan scene. Those 5 seconds take the whole show way out of general audience. The rest was pretty funny, even though I know nothing about WoW.
-
I was suprised that they used actual footage from the game. I don't remember much from it last night because I was drunk, but I agree the bedpan scene was pretty gross. I guess they were just trying to prove a point.
-
The bedpan scene was disgusting, but I expected no less from South Park, especially considering the "crap your pants when you die" scenes that were in the "Something Walmart This Way Comes" episode.
I think they were touching on that news story that came out a few months ago about some dork who died of malnutrition because he wouldn't leave his PC.. He was playing some MMORPG as well. They found him dead under his own weight, surrounded by bottles filled with his urine. I don't know if they found any poop bags around, I stopped reading at "urine."
I'm glad that blizzard allowed them to use footage from the game, that's pretty cool of them :P HAha I loved the whole "Sword of a Thousand Truths" bit ;D
-
Do they use a bunch of random words and acronyms? I swear, reading anything about WoW reminds me of the book "A Clockwork Orange." You have to almost learn a new language.
-
There's quite a lot of stuff to know to understand the WoW lingo.
-
I thought the bedpan part was hilarious. Me and my guildmates are always joking about the idea of pissing in bottles and cholostomy bags and shit because we spend so much time on the game.

WoW fans deconstruct South Park (http://www.joystiq.com/2006/10/10/wow-fans-deconstruct-south-park)
World of Warcraft fanatics have taken up their swords and a battle is being waged against villanous Wikipedia editors. At the center of this bloodfest is a listing of WOW incongruences found in the wiki entry of the latest South Park episode, "Make Love, Not Warcraft."
-
fuckin hell... leave it to the horrendous nerds to point out the errors in the show
"OMG LOL!! THAT'S NOT WHERE THAT IS IN THE GAME!!!"
Go out and get some fucking natural sunlight for christsakes
-
Roll the dice to see if I'm getting drunk.
-
Heh, Im curious if that sword will actually exist.
-
Yes. (http://www.joystiq.com/2006/10/13/blizzard-confirms-the-sword-of-a-thousand-truths-is-real/)
-
Hmmm, I see Burning Crusade apparently changes a lot of the way things are calculated according to those stats. Interesting...

Thats awesome. Blizzard even did it with a comic strip that was made about WoW, I forgot what the comic was, but it showed off an item called the Doomulus Prime. Then later after the next big patch I noticed it in the game.
-
Yea the Doomulus Prime is a quest reward. Haha I can't believe I remember this off the top of my head.
-
I just saw this episode. Hilarious. Love South Park.
-
Way to rez an olllllld thread lol
you got me excited thinking there was new south park
-
Sorry... I've been wanting to go through this thread since that episode came into existence, but hadn't watched South Park since season 5. Just started recently, and the just seems to be getting better.
-
Heh, an old ass thread was bumped and Kams decides to post in it, weirdos.
