So the top words the Philippines searches are "Homosexual" and "love", while for Venezuela it is "Homosexual" and "David Beckham"

Honestly, I put "anal fisting" way ahead of "Britney Spears" in terms of something I would ever search for. Not that either is very high on the list.....

There are some things Britney Spears comes ahead of in terms of searches. I'd say anal fisting is one of them.
