Damnation started out as a UT2004 mod. In fact, it came in 2nd place behind Red Orchestra in the Make Something Unreal contest. Now Codemasters has picked them up and they are making a full Damnation game on UE3! Cool!

I played the mod, and it was pretty cool. 3rd person shooter/platformer type game with a really cool steampunk/western theme. I'm looking forward to seeing how the full game turns out.

Man, that looks like... Gears of War with a six shooter, a coupla' prostitutes, and a bottle of whiskey.  If these guys know what they're doing, sign me up.

That does look sweet!

Almost makes me wanna reinstall UT2004.
