Title: KFC: trying to convince you to eat money?

I noticed this oddity when watching the commercial on my new TV.  Saw the dollar bill and was like... huh?  Looked online, and immediately found the answer.  I admit, I was a little disappointed.  I was hoping for some bizarre conspiracy.
