I'm with him from the beginning, so that made it all the more enjoyable.  I don't get fighting games (in either sense).

I don't get "new" fighting games. By "new" I mean after Tekken 3. I love classic fighting games, 2D & 3D.

Oh, Tekken 3 was pretty slick.
Yuh - all the SF's, MK's and Tekken's were good brawl 'em-up stuff.
