Chopsticks ftw.
-
What about sporks?
And spam?
-
Chopsticks make no sense, they are fundamentally flawed. Why such a narrow piece of lumber? They limit your intake. A fork provides you with the comfort and surface area to effectively manage your food.

They are also used by those heathen slant eyes. Forks ftw.

It's time we embrace to future of food consumption.

That's creepy.
But yes, I've discovered the innate superiority of chopsticks because I have a set of them at work that somebody brought back from a vacation, and I don't have any more plastic forks because the last one I had broke a while back, so I've just been using the chopsticks to eat pretty much anything I bring to work. But seriously, the more I use them, the more I hate standard silverware. I don't know why. They're initially awkward and based on a fundamental principle entirely different from a fork, but now that I eat with them regularly I find that I prefer them for practically anything that doesn't need to be cut with a knife. I use them almost constantly at home now.

You just think you're an elitist and that you're cool 'cause you like to use chopsticks. :P
I say, just give me the food -- chopsticks; fork and knife; whatever! I just wanna eat!

My mind, it is blown.

Why would my choice of eating utensil make me an elitist?

See, but you have to use two of them anyways to cut. What are you going to hold your food with while you use the knife portion?

Simplify production & distribution. One product instead of 3. You just need 3 of them at a time. I'm sure the bean counters have the fractions of a penny saved per unit figured out.
-
What about cutting the corner of your mouth on the knife part?
-
Lawsuit!

You wanna know how I got my scars?

aha.
But no I disagree - forks are much better than chopsticks.
