I've avoided online rpgs for all of my life but this might be my kryptonite (http://www.gamespot.com/pc/rpg/shinmegamitenseionlineimagine/index.html).

I'm looking at how to get into the (apparently sort of open sort of closed) beta right now, but word is that it's actually plot driven and plays out a lot like the SMT realtime games.  Damn.  It's also free.

I dunno'... it looks pretty weird to me.  It's gonna' take some convincing.
