Chicago doesn't exactly have a lot of luck when it comes to politicians, does it?  Seems to be something of a corruption magnet.

Jon Stewart had a pretty funny statistic the other night - apparently you have a 50% chance of going to jail if you are the governor of Illinois and only a 47% chance if you murder someone. Sounds absurd but it's true.
