This is very strange. This morning I tried to open OW, and it crashed half way through. Since then whenever I tried, I'd get an error that was similar to something one would get if they didn't have a net connection.
I reset my modem, restarted the computer etc etc, to no avail. I called my ISP, and they seem to be able to connect fine.
So here I am browsing OW through www.studentrproxy.com.
Weird.

That's... bizarre. We were down earlier in the evening for maintenance, but that only lasted like an hour and a half.
-
Did you clear your web & DNS caches*?
*including the DNS cache on your router
-
Tried everything.
I think the ISP sorted it out. Working OK now.

Yesterday morning (Eastern US time) my internet went out like a light switch. Everything said I had a net connection, including the modem (even after resetting it), but absolutely no evidence of the WWW was obtainable. Then it came back an hour later like nothing ever happened. Was there some sort of global hiccup?
Edit: Actually, never mind the conspiracy theories. It was a Friday-morning event.

You first world nation inhabitants with your perfect connections... That happens here like once or twice a year. Sometimes the ISP is just having some internal issues.

I also blame Tracer Tong, too.

I blame your parents.

Really.
D, I have no clue what you're going on about.

For a few weeks it's taken about 30-45 seconds to load OW from home. This morning it started loading without a hitch though.
Ah well, go figure
