More iPod hate! Woo! (http://www.apple.com/support/windowsvirus/)
We recently discovered that a small number - less than 1% - of the Video iPods available for purchase after September 12, 2006, left our contract manufacturer carrying the Windows RavMonE.exe virus. This known virus affects only Windows computers, and up to date anti-virus software which is included with most Windows computers should detect and remove it. So far we have seen less than 25 reports concerning this problem. The iPod nano, iPod shuffle and Mac OS X are not affected, and all Video iPods now shipping are virus free. As you might imagine, we are upset at Windows for not being more hardy against such viruses, and even more upset with ourselves for not catching it.
Why even go there? How about dont ship your shit with a virus on it?
-
Haha what the fuck?

Yeah, and I'm upset that I have to constantly turn a wheel and push down a pedal to drive. Cars should be smarter by now, damn it.

Hahaha :P
The only reason Apple computers don't suffer as many viruses as Windows is lack of interest! Apple computers are not impenetrable! Nobody wants to hack in or infect them because nobody cares enough. Though I suspect that may change.
Apple fanboys should thankful for Windows users for attracting hackers and viruses away from Apple systems.

No shit man, that's what I was thinking.

Some nutjob computer genius out there really has to stick it to Apple and show them that they're not as invunerable as they clam to be. It'd be a disaster, but a possibly entertaining one.

Awesome. Pure awesome.
-
Seriously fucking stupid to write something like that.
-
So Apple ships a product with a virus on it, and then blames Microsoft for the problem?
That's like shipping a package with anthrax to someone and saying it was their own fault they died because they had a weak immune system.
Or turning around and shooting at your own net in football and blaming your goalie for not stopping the ball.
-
Or like an ugly person looking in the mirror, and then blaming the mirror for cracking. The audacity.
-
Haha let's blame gravity when someone plummets to their demise :P

"Your honor, as you can see my client is not the one at fault here. The plantifs family should have been from Krypton. Then their son, thanks to our yellow sun, would have be impervious to bullets. Shame on them."

LOL!! Imagine an actual case like that! ;D

Wow. Just....damn. It's really funny that apple would actually state that and I wonder if it's a joke.
As far as apple not having a virus problem because of lack of popularity/interest, I don't know how true that is. I mean, it's obviously a component but you can't deny that osx is much more secure than any windows variation to date. To claim that it is infaliable, however, is just stupid...there's always some way in.

Worm Eats into McDonald's Promotion (http://blogs.pcworld.com/staffblog/archives/002952.html)
Winners of 10,000 MP3 players given away in a McDonald's promotion in Japan (only) got an unwelcome bonus: a worm in their prizes.
Is there an anti-PC conspiracy?
