Further proof that these retarded "popular" diets are just retarded. It's not the calorie count that matters or the carbs, it what you do with the energy you take in that matters.

These people need maximum carbs because they take part in extraordinary activities. For the average Joe, that sort of a diet is murder. And for someone looking to lose weight/burn fat, min. carbs is the way to go.
