This is a thread is going to be dedicated to the adventure game The Experiment in the USA.
This same game is known as Experience 112 overseas in Europe. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Experiment_(video_game))
My copy of The Experiment arrived today. Que, has yours arrived?
If so, have you been playing it yet? Any opinion on it?
I'm going to go check this game out, since I got it fully installed now and all. Yay.
More to come later...
EDIT:
Oh, so you guys know -- this game doesn't need the disc in the drive to boot it up. Woohoo.
-
Hope you like it ;) I thought it was an especially unique game.
I might reinstall just to sync with you guys! I never finished it.
-
You're right. It's definitely unique in the way it operates with the option to have multiple cameras running and that you're more or less guiding the character along, most of the way, at least so far.
The voice-acting isn't as bad as I expected it to be, actually -- which I was expecting to be not too good. It's actually decent, so far.
So far, it's good. Now, I must go play some more...
-
I'd totally play, as mine arrived several days ago, but I'm really kind of in the middle of playing other stuff at the mo. Still on my Castlevania kick, and I need to finish Mass Effect before I move on to another big game.

Woohoo @ it arriving!

Oh yeah, I so wouldn't drop Mass Effect. That game is just something that has to be finished. It's one of Bioware's best RPG's -- right behind their excellent BG series -- if you ask me.
EDIT:

Jeez. She looks creepy as shit in that last shot.

I don't know if it rivals your creepiness. ;)
-
I wouldn't normally say this, but I think it does. She looks like she's about to eat someone's throat and summon the devil. It's spooky.
-
That's kinda funny, Que -- since she's like the one you're helping escape throughout the game, hehe....
Hmmm...maybe she's evil and there'll be some kinda plot twist at the end? I dunno...hehe
-
Im not going to beat around the bush. It looks like shit.
-
Well it's not on the cutting edge of graphics technology but it makes decent use of some shader effects.

Agreed.
Graphics are not everything to me. To me, gameplay is.
I mean, hell -- I still can enjoy the old dated-looking Fallout games and Arcanum, regardless of their dated graphics.
-
Fuck you, graphics are everything.
-
You're a graphic.
