I'd argue that if she/he can afford a sex change operation, they dont need your money anymore.

County will pay for that here, too.  Fucking bullshit.  That isn't a legitimate expense.  You don't like being a woman?  Too fucking bad.  You shouldn't get anybody's money if you're going to spend it on that.

Ditto.. That would be like spending tax payer money on cosmetic operations.. "Oh these wrinkles have got to go, I can't live with them! I may look like an old person on the outside, but I'm just a young soul trapped in this wrinkled old body! Will the county cover this?"
