The Win7 hardware compatibility and drivers scene is still sparse but it's growing. I thought I'd start this thread for anyone who's having trouble finding some.
Audio:
Realtek just released their Win7 compatible audio driver (for both AC'97 and HD), get it here (http://www.realtek.com/downloads/).
(I have yet to find updated SoundMAX drivers)
Video:
Nvidia (http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us)
AMD/ATI (http://game.amd.com/us-en/drivers_catalyst.aspx)
Keyboard & Mouse:
Microsoft IntelliType & IntelliPoint drivers (http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/download/download.aspx?category=MK)
I'll come back and retroactively update this post as I find them.

I also found this:

It tells me that nearly everything will work after running Windows update except for my wireless card, which I will need to get drivers for from the vendor. Of course, my wireless card is now a couple years old and SMC hasn't released an updated driver since the card was released (which pisses me off because I have found that all the computer lockups I was having were not due to my updated AV software or failing hardware; by running a wire along the floor and disabling the wireless card I found it was the wireless card yet there is basically no support at all).
