Yes, but to activate it you first you have to send a letter to STARDOCK congratulating them for their awesomeness, devoid of any emoticons.

OMG THIS GAME IS AMAZING SO OPEN ENDED!!! MUST PLAY!!!

That would be Fallout 3 PC -- since you can get around the game utilizing its DRM by just creating a shortcut for the game EXE from its folder and them tossing it...well, wherever -- on your desktop; in a folder on your desktop; etc.
