Title: Dawn of War 2: Chaos Rising (Expansion)

Hmmm....
Looks like there might be a DoW2 Expansion coming in 2010.

The copy I got was sent from a location marked "The Eye of Terror" on the fedex packing slip. The California address was that of THQ's headquarters. The signature was completed with the "Symbol of Chaos"

PC Gamer confirms DOW2 Expansion.
DOW2: Chaos Rising is the title of it.
