The more I see things like this and the more I see the rise of digital transactions for downloading purposes, the more I think we're not gonna see much going first to retail outlets anymore in years to come.

If anything, we might see more of a game selling first digitally, then later get a retail version -- kind of like what's happening w/ Zeno Clash, Killing Floor, and likely Torchlight.
