Haha.  That's awesome and I totally remember that.  It's funny how you might remember something more vividly when you saw it 20 or so years ago than if you saw it 2-3.

Well, when we're younger our brains are more receptive, especially in the early years when our brains are knowledge sponges, absorbing information rapidly and etching it into our memories. This is one of the reasons it's much easier to learn languages as a child than as an adult. By the teen years, once the brain sets into a pattern, it becomes increasingly difficult to adopt new things i.e. accents, dialects, pronounciation, and in some cases new ways of thinking altogether. The human brain really is a wonder.

I love recognizing all the stuff we saw as kids :) It brings back great memories and feelings from those days.
