I usually prefer tea. I drink it in the morning to help me wake up a little bit. Especially in the winter. I dispise! getting up at 5am and cleaning off my snow covered car when it's 12 degrees. Fuck you winter. Tea makes me feel a little better though.
I got this Chai Tea with Coconut at the store today, and it's pretty good. The thing is, I can't taste most teas. I've always thought there was something wrong with me. It taste like warm water with a smell. But I do enjoy it. This tea does have some flavor though.
Coffee is good too. But I only get it at a place called First Watch when I eat there once in a while.

You have to brew tea properly for it to taste like much. My mom likes to just stick a tea bag in water a couple times and that's it, but then you've just got slightly colored water. I stick a bag in with hot water and leave it covered for at least 3 to 5 minutes, then submerge it about 30 or so times.
I like tea and coffee for entirely different reasons. Even tea that has caffeine barely has any, certainly not anywhere near the degree in a cup of coffee, and even the amount in a cup of coffee barely makes any difference to me. I enjoy them because they're warm beverages, not really for the buzz. They do help wake you up a little just by virtue of being stimulating as you drink them, though. I drink my coffee black and I don't put anything in my tea, but even though I like really rich, black coffee, I hate chai teas or anything very heavy. I prefer green tea to almost anything else, though I do like Irish and English breakfast teas quite a bit too. Don't tend to like any of the fruity shit, or anything in those gay Celestial Seasonings type boxes. Real tea, please.

I like the way coffee smells but I'm not a big fan of the taste, so I don't drink coffee. But I do loves me some tea.

I drink tea more than coffee, mainly because coffee can upset my stomach from time to time, which sucks because I enjoy it. I prefer Earl Grey and English breakfast teas. I drink a lot of chai too, chilled and hot.

tea, obviously!
boiling hot water, add the milk instantly, let it brew for a couple of minutes and then squeeze the teabag against the inside of the cup with a teaspoon until no extra colour comes out. perfect tea.

Coffee. I had tea mostly while visiting in-laws in NY. My sister-in-law loved to have and offer tea, and I'd have some then. It never converted me from coffee, though.

Coffee. I'm living off the stuff nowadays. 2-3 cups a day. Ahh.
I always tell myself it could be heroine. At least it isn't heroine.

I generally lean towards tea, camomile, and hot chocolate. I save coffee for when I feel like surprising people who believe I don't drink coffee.

Iced tea sure, but not hot tea. The only hot beverage I like is Hot Cocoa.
I absolutely hate the taste and smell of coffee in general, so much so that I don't like even walking down the coffee aisle in a grocery store. A friend bought me some chocolate coffee from a coffee shop once, and then asked what I thought of it. I said, "the chocolate's great, except it's pretty much ruined by that coffee taste it's mixed with."

I drink coffee after a hangover if I'm at a diner like Denny's or whatever. I always drink it black with nothing in it and wait for it to get warm before I drink. We used to have coffee races at work, after about three cups you can literally smell the coffee in your pee.
I only drink tea at home when I'm reading online or trying to relax, I usually go for the more fruity flavors and I pour a lot of sugar in it.
