The "Voice Your Concerns" thread got me thinking about the differences between all of us, and I am somewhat curious to see just how different we all.

It is 60 questions and takes a minute, but then will give you a 4 letter code. Post it! And if you want to keep reading on it, you can find it here or through various other searches...

I'm an INTJ - http://www.personalitypage.com/INTJ.html
This sounds SO much like me. I thought this thing was gonna be vague and predictable, but it comes really close to how I really am, and in some cases expresses it in ways I never have been able to. Esceptions would be that while I am highly organized, that organization exists within messiness. (I leave stuff lying around, but I keep my games/dvd's/etc in alphabetical order and in the proper cases, and within the mess everything has it's place.) Also I have the ambition and forethought that it talks about, but lack the self-confidence to actually get any of it done.

I am apparently ISTJ: http://www.personalitypage.com/ISTJ.html
Except I don't keep my place clean. Like W7RE, its an organized mess.

I got INTJ. Sounds a lot like me actually. Some things are spot on and some things are a little bit in the gray area. Neat!

Oh yeah, I've tests like these before. I usually get either ENFJ or ENTP (which actually justifies the inconsistency of my responses).
This time around I got ENFJ.

I'm kind of interested in taking a personality test. I forget the name of it, but the actual test psychologist administer to people to figure out their disorders, and such.
The GF has told me that I should do one, but I'm not sure I really care enough to put any effort into it.
But I'm kind of curious to see what the results would be. She thinks I have some kind of personality disorder, but not like a big serious one. I don't express emotion a lot apparently. I don't talk a lot about how I feel about important things. It takes a LOT to get me angry. I have lots of trouble sympathizing with anything or anyone. I thought that was pretty standard for a dude though. I dunno

ESFP. I don't know what that means, but I do know that I've maybe had to take 5-6 personality tests like this through school and work at various times in my life, and it always swings between introvert and extrovert.

I've never been a fan of tests that rely solely on yes/no questions. Everything is absolute, and reason isn't taken into consideration. As a result, some of the diagnosis is right and some is wrong.
-
I'd do it, but this is a TLDR situation. I'm just too tired, man. I'll try to come back to it when I haven't had an abusive day.

Don't worry, Que. I already know your diagnosis: OHTJ - Overly Happy, Too Jovial.
:)

AHAHAHA

ENTP - inventor type. reading the description, a lot of it rings true - especially the bits that paint me as funny and clever.

Im the same as you and after reading it, it got me pretty spot on.

I still want to see what it says about Que. :)
I found mine to be very accurate as well. I'm usually quite hesitant to buy into stuff like this, but this seems closer than anything else I've done. I think the litmus test is to take a random letter combo that you didn't get it and see if you can apply it to yourself. I tried that with a couple and they totally failed. I would maybe find a thing or two in the whole thing, while the one I got is entirely true.

I've never really been one for these things because my personality is sort of at odds with itself. I don't easily fit into categories because I'm neurotic, and I usually can't stand the questions these things ask. That was the case here. A good 25% of the questions made me angry because there was no third option or because it was too general. Do I value justice over mercy? No, but I certainly don't value mercy over justice. Do I feel involved watching TV soaps? I have no idea, I don't watch them. Is it difficult to get me excited? No, it's extremely easy, but it almost never happens because so few people give a shit about the things that excite me. I trust reason rather than feelings, but I'm a very emotionally-driven person in many ways.
Anyway... also as expected, I was indifferent about the answer it spat out at me at the end. It classified me as an INTJ. Some of it seemed accurate, some less so. But the more I read, the more I found it to actually sound quite a lot like me. I took issue with certain things at first glance, but upon rereading some of them decided they weren't necessarily wrong. Most of these statements were the kind that dealt with tendencies rather than anything concrete, so I could forgive them. While I don't necessarily tend toward those things, a lot of people with a similar personality to mine could certainly be presumed to fall in line with those somewhat frequently. If I were to try and make this general reading more accurate, I'd say that I'm an INTJ with a healthier dose of interpersonal skills. I'm kind of a loner, I very much value logic and analysis, I do tend to wish my relationships were far more logical and a lot less emotional, and I don't generally go out to parties and that kind of thing, but I'm good at small talk and flirtation (I was better at it when I wasn't fat), I fit in almost anywhere, I rarely feel uncomfortable in any group of people, and usually when I go out with people I don't know well I'll end up being friends with some of them by the end of the evening.
Anyway, I'm actually pretty impressed. This is definitely one of the better of these that I've tried.

It would have been completely different five years ago though
