Title: Babo Violent 2 (awesome free game)

I've been looking around the net for games and junk, and I found this in the GameDev.net forums. Holy crap, its so awesome. I know the "<Game X> meets <Game Y>" analogies are rather tired, but it plays like Crimsonland meets Soldat.

The game is a top-down shooter like Crimsonland. You are just a simple sphere...with a gun. You roll around the various maps and aim with the mouse, like Crimsonland. Now, on the Soldat side you have the basic weapon choice, which are all awesome and have a great "feel" to them. Its multiplayer with several gametypes...TDM, CTF, FFA, etc.

Sweet looking!  I dig.  But for some reason it makes me want to play Quake 2.  WTF?
