Neat (http://blog.eu.playstation.com/2009/12/08/ps3-system-software-update-3-15/)

Now I'm waiting for Pacman Championship Edition to come out.

I don't even know what a "PSP mini" is.  Is that just a cute marketing term for a PSP downloadable game?

Its a specific kind of PSP downloadable game. They have certain restrictions, such as 100MB size limit and it cant use wifi. They also have a price limit of $10 I think. Sadly so far a bunch of them are ports of iPhone games, though some of them are good.

People are speculating that Sony might be making the Minis work as a testbed for full PSP emulation on the PS3.

So they're doing some sort of PSP emulation for the PS3... yet they dropped PS2 emulation/compatibility... awkward.
