This French page (http://www.lesemeu.com/PSP/index2.html) has a good Loco Roco level, with the perfect theme, through Tuesday anyway.  There are versions for 2.8+ and for 2.71 (even under DevHook).  I just played through it.  Very enjoyable, Halloweeny, and a breeze to get and install.  (Just copy the directory structure.)
