Title: Oh Canada!
Post by: Xessive on Tuesday, January 12, 2010, 02:56:14 PM
Hey guys, just wanted to update you all on my current status. I am in Canada. Southern Ontario. St. Catharines to be specific. It was once known as the Garden of Ontario. It is now a desolate place. Pug knows what I'm talking about, except it's even worse than he remembers it.

I met up with Phil (he was on these boards as ShadowCloud a while back). He's doing alright.

I still have no PC here and I'm relying mostly on computers in the library and study halls. Not terrible but I definitely need my own system for the tools of my trade. God I feel so helpless.

I just found 3 options for places to stay. Hopefully, by the time I move in to one of them I will have acquired a monstrous laptop. In the mean time my PSP will have to entertain me. Alternatively, I also have a ball of yarn and the entire population of this forsaken place for light amusement.

I will try to get in touch at the next opportunity. In the mean time, I miss home & family.

P.S. Pug, John Kaethler sends his regards!

Say hi to John. Ask him if he wants a cowhide rug. :P

I'm sorry to hear that you are in Canada. Try to stay indoors and avoid people. God willing, you will get through this with your sanity intact.

Haha thanks guys :D

Today we're experiencing particularly nasty weather. The wind is a cold shrill amid the barren trees. Snow covers everything in sight. Despite all that I seem to be handling the winter much better than I ever had before.

I didn't realize how hooked on PC gaming I was until now. I need my fix!!
